Fid\u00e8le. Silencieuse.<br>Elle ne demande rien, elle se donne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Porter l\u2019attention sur le souffle, c\u2019est revenir au corps.<br>C\u2019est quitter un instant le tumulte du mental pour retrouver un point d\u2019ancrage simple, vivant, imm\u00e9diat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque inspiration est un accueil.<br>Chaque expiration, un rel\u00e2chement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peu \u00e0 peu, le syst\u00e8me nerveux s\u2019apaise.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le corps comprend qu\u2019il peut se poser.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le rythme int\u00e9rieur ralentit, non par effort, mais par permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">M\u00e9diter pour s\u2019aligner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u2019aligner ne signifie pas devenir quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre.<br>C\u2019est au contraire cesser de se disperser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le silence de la m\u00e9ditation, nous cessons de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes, aux injonctions, aux sc\u00e9narios.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous revenons \u00e0 ce qui est juste l\u00e0, maintenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet espace de pr\u00e9sence permet de ressentir plus clairement ce qui est en accord \u2014 et ce qui ne l\u2019est plus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019alignement n\u2019est pas une id\u00e9e, c\u2019est une sensation : une coh\u00e9rence int\u00e9rieure, un oui discret dans le corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">M\u00e9diter pour rencontrer le calme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le calme n\u2019est pas l\u2019absence de pens\u00e9es.<br>Il est l\u2019absence de lutte avec elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En m\u00e9ditant, nous apprenons \u00e0 observer sans juger, \u00e0 laisser \u00eatre sans intervenir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les vagues continuent de se former, mais nous ne sommes plus emport\u00e9s par chacune d\u2019elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce calme n\u2019est pas spectaculaire.<br>Il est subtil, profond, stable.<br>Un refuge int\u00e9rieur accessible, m\u00eame au c\u0153ur du mouvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">M\u00e9diter pour le bien-\u00eatre, sans le chercher<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bien-\u00eatre n\u2019est pas un objectif \u00e0 atteindre.<br>Il \u00e9merge lorsque nous cessons de vouloir \u00eatre ailleurs que l\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous sommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La m\u00e9ditation ne promet pas une vie parfaite.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle offre quelque chose de plus humble et plus pr\u00e9cieux : une relation plus douce \u00e0 soi, \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, \u00e0 l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9diter, c\u2019est choisir de se rencontrer avec honn\u00eatet\u00e9 et bienveillance.<br>C\u2019est accepter l\u2019impermanence, respirer avec elle, et s\u2019y d\u00e9poser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et peut-\u00eatre, simplement, apprendre \u00e0 vivre un peu plus align\u00e9.<br>Un peu plus conscient.<br>Un peu plus vivant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pourquoi s\u2019asseoir.Pourquoi s\u2019arr\u00eater.Pourquoi revenir, encore et encore, \u00e0 quelque chose d\u2019aussi simple que la respiration.
